Big Sky Apartments is a project based section 8, non-profit, equal housing facility offering affordable housing. Rent is based on 30% of annual adjusted income. We have four basic apartment models: efficiency, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments. Big Sky Apartments is close to downtown Billings Montana, conveniently located near medical facilities, schools, grocery stores, restaurants, and parks.
