This thoughtfully planned 36-unit community will feature modern 1- and 2-bedroom apartments in a garden-style setting that promotes comfort, connection, and community. Hillcrest Village features affordable rents to those who qualify based on income. Water, sewer, and garbage will be included in rent. Hillcrest Village is designed and built to allow for aging in place. These beautiful apartments come equipped with a refrigerator, range, range hood and microwave combination, and dishwasher. Enjoy modern amenities including vinyl flooring, closets, in-unit washers and dryers, air conditioning, and energy-efficient features.
