Beech Street Commons offers 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom homes set aside at 30% and 60% AMI. We're thankful for our partners Green Light Development, Home First Development, Marion County Housing Authority, Marion County and Oregon Housing and Community Services for the opportunity to bring more affordable housing to our neighbors in the Northwest.
